BUTTER!!

For some reason Stuart decided that he wanted to make butter. He had seen it on the internet and wanted to try it. It was actually very cool to watch. All you do is get Heavy Whipping Cream and mix it in a blender with the whisk attachment. It will go through various stages and once it begins separating the liquid again you take it out and pour ice water over it, drain it, and repeat until the liquid is clear.
